Use the same u-boot.bin for multiple boards to show devicetree approach

We already have OF_LIST which lists the devicetrees which can be provided to U-Boot at runtime.

This feature is not widely used, though.

We should try this with another SoC (e.g. rk3399) to demonstrate how a single u-boot-nodtb.bin can be used with any devicetree for that SoC
