Update doc/sphinx/kerneldoc.py from Linux next-20200219 to avoid warnings
like:

doc/sphinx/kerneldoc.py:125: RemovedInSphinx20Warning:
AutodocReporter is now deprecated. Use
sphinx.util.docutils.switch_source_input() instead.
