Transparent hugepages depend on memory compaction, which is a
problematic option for Xenomai, so Xenomai should be made to depend on
!MIGRATION. However, this causes a circular dependency, with the
dependency of transparent hugepages on !IPIPE. So, remove this
dependency. Moving this to Xenomai makes more sense anyway.
